Is the Cambridge associates in Dallas or Boston?

I have never heard of Cambridge Associates... I initially thought you meant TCG. Go with Deloitte S&O. Deloitte alumni do just fine in terms of exit opps.

Cambridge Associates. The work will be interesting and there is no travel. I have heard nothing but bad things from Deloitte. A lot of CA'S work involves advising institutional investors on asset allocation.

And Boston kicks the shit out DC.

Hey ska, I have been in contact with people from CA. I was wondering what the interview process and all that is like? What position is it for? I know this doesnt help with your decision, but any info helps. Thanks in advance and good luck with your decision.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. I got an offer for the Consultant Associate position in the Boston office. Basically, first round I had had a 15 minute case. The case was not a typical management consulting case, but a sample of their work. Since it was only 15 minutes it was pretty simple.

The second round was 5 interviews. One of which was a more elaborate case (30 minutes) but still a more detailed sample of something they may do. One interview was about an investment article. The rest was all behavioral and then lunch with a 6th CA. The interview is nothing to be nervous about, pretty straightforward. Just do your research on the firm beforehand. Any idea what the Deloitte performance bonus typically is?

I don't believe there is a performance bonus. It's a nice salary with a decent signing bonus and after 1 year I think they just adjust your annual compensation based on your reviews.

Smonkey89, I got an offer from Cambridge in Boston as well but I potentially have some other options.

Did you decide between CA and Deloitte? If you don't mind sharing, I am curious what you decided on and why. Also, did they give you a specific time frame in which to accept/decline?
