Deloitte's current state
I heard from friends still in school that Deloitte just canceled MBA OCR for both interns and FT for class of 2022. I know they pushed back the class of 2020's start date. Are things that bad there?

I would consider us as a target since Deloitte have been recruiting here for a long time. But if they only drop OCR at my school, i guess we can't really call us a target anymore lol

They have been very active in recruiting at my school for Summer Associate roles, they just hosted an event tonight for what it's worth.
Deloitte cancelled FT OCR at the MBA level a year or two ago. For whatever reason, they are only focusing on hiring MBA talent thru their internship pipeline now.
I'm guessing the growth trajectory of their consulting practice has flattened considerably.
I know that during the financial crisis some firms dropped OCR at some of their lower priority targets while continuing to recruit at others. This could be the case here.
Deloitte showed up last year, this year they gave you the douche side of the firm.
Can someone explain the way Deloitte Consulting now works? I understand there was a re-org so S&O no longer exists but is S&A. Did this merge S&O and the regular Deloitte consulting or what is the structure exactly?
