Didn’t hear back from Bain
Had a final round with Bain for one of the non us office. Didn’t hear back after final round. It’s been a week plus. Followed up with recruiter but no response. Does Bain ghost on interviewees? Am I waitlisted or rejected? Thanks! I am a post mba with a degree from one of bain’s Target schools.

Just keep following up with an email every week or two until you get a response. It's likely a no but the hiring person could be on vacation or dragging feet.
Does Bain not reject folks outright? Do you think there’s any chance of waitlist?
I mean BOA, Credit Suisse, and JPM ghosted me after phone screens, so I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.

I would keep going until you get a no. There's 50 reasons they could be dragging their feet. Reach out every 7-14 days asking for an update.
Can easily take up to 2 weeks. Doesn't mean anything. The hiring committee needs to come to a consensus on your case and if they haven't time to meet yet there is no answer yet. Harrassing them doesn't speed things up.
