Do Summer Interns have the ability to refer?
I'll be at an MBB this summer and know of a few very qualified people who I'd love to work with in the future. Will I be able to refer them while I am there or do I have to wait until I am full time?
You aren’t an employee you are an intern. You can suggest to an employee, but remember you have not been hired yet.
You generally can once you return to school in the fall. Someone from the recruiting team will likely email you asking for any input. You won't get a referral bonus or anything though.

youll be leveraged as a resource for recruiting, esp if you sign a return offer before recruiting starts. as part of that, youll have the ability to submit the names of your friends you think might be a good fit (i know at least 2 of the mbb do this)
