We do in Europe. In the US, of course MBA is king/queen, but there is now more acceptance for PhDs/JDs/MDs, etc. Not sure where MSF fits within that, but you can always email the recruiting teams and ask them directly.

An MSF wouldn't qualify me to apply for MBA or advanced degree roles. I would undoubtedly be competing with undergrad students for entry level positions. My MSF is at a "target school" for MBB consulting in the US so I was hoping this would help.
My main concern is whether I should be applying for internship or full-time roles for post grad. Or could I apply to both for the same firm?
Look into VMG Health. Offices in Dallas, Denver, Nashville and newer offices in Chicago, NYC, and Minneapolis. Specialize in healthcare transaction advisory / valuation work, and they have historically hired 3-4 MSF kids/year. It's a model that works for them and they have continued funneling into the pipeline.

Yes, many firms do hire Masters students and firms like LEK particularly like biomedical backgrounds for the life sciences teams (ringfenced vs. the generalist pool). I would also recommend looking at healthcare boutiques like ClearView, Putnam etc. You would likely start at the 2nd most or most junior level, but still worth it in the long run
