And Imagine doing that for the next five years. Yes, people say find your passion but truly ask yourself? What is your passion? My passion is trading. I've worked for a number of props, banks and a hedge fund. Am I filthy rich? No. But I love idea creation, trying new things and putting my money where my mouth is. I enjoy having conversations with others traders and getting their perspective. Do I agree with them all the time? No. Right now, I take time out of work to work on coding, I read fundamental books for the market I trade to give me a better understanding on where to put trades on where I think the value may be too rich or cheap or maybe to position my book to the fundamental view of the market on top off implementing my strategy. The point I'm trying to make is, no one owes you anything in life. If you're not happy with your 9-5, do something about it but first, find your passion. Is it coding? Good, go learn how to code. Is it sales, look for a sales job. It may take time, but you will find one eventually. It's a just numbers game. Percentage stays the same.

Worst thing a man can do in life is regret. Don’t be 70 and ask what if.

I am toying around with the idea of of a start-up or two. I want something more problem solving-I think I can find that in MC. The ability to work on different projects and meet different clients sounds appealing and could provide me with insight and capital needed to start my businesses.
