DTC / Consumer Companies
For those of you that have worked with or are familiar with DTC / consumer companies, would you be able to recommend any resources in growing one? Interested in any books / resources that would be relevant to: marketing / operations / supply chain. But am the most interested in the marketing aspect, since that's where we're the weakest. And help would be greatly appreciated!
