EY Business Advisor Program

I'll be attending a super day for this position, and was wondering if anyone had any insight into this position/program that they could provide me with. I am also interested in Navigant, and while I realize these positions/firms (EY vs Navigant) are very different from one another, I would be interested to hear from others in terms of how they compare.

Thanks

People at both firms were very friendly and smart. Like InvertedMooning said, first round on campus was just behavioral. superday case wasn't too bad. Involved larger bank purchasing smaller, local bank and potential risks involved. Basically, I knew my resume very well, was able to explain why a career in financial services (particularly at EY) interested me, and had a few stories that showcased ability as an effective team member and leader. Got offers from both, but ended up going with Navigant. My heart just really is not in finance, and I just felt like Navigant was a better match for me. Good luck!

Feel free to PM me for more info, if interested.
