Current new hire grad in EY's TAP. Wanted to get feedback from anyone currently in this program or who knows about it. Will this pigeon-hole me in IT / Tech Consulting? Is it still possible to transition out of this program to a top MBA program and transition to either MBB or PE/IB if I want to go into a more Finance-related role? Any advice / recommendations from someone in Big 4 advisory or who went through the TAP program specifically as to what possible career progression would look like would be greatly appreciated.
