EY vs. ZS vs. Putnam
Considerations:
- chronic illness (want to have good WLB (under 60 hrs/wk)) and limited travel)
- like healthcare/pharma the most
- EY and ZS have my city of choice. Putnam has less offices but I don't really have much holding me down so its not really a big deal.
- Pay grade for interns is fairly the same (differs by ~1-2$ hour). Not sure what post-grad comp might be.
- From what I understand, EY you need to network internally whereas ZS/Putnam are centrally staffed.
Options:
EY (Business Supply Chain)
ZS (SIP)
Putnam (Strategy Intern)
My goal is to find a firm that has the best chance of a good return offer, and balancing compensation with interest of work and WLB. I'm worried about not being able to get these opportunities again. From my understand EY has higher prestige+possible higher comp growth but maybe poorer WLB. But it's ratings on glassdoor are higher than ZS.
