FDD to Consulting

Hello,

I will be joining FDD in one of big 4 from Audit in this Aug, and was wondering if there's anyone exited to consulting from Big4 FDD, and how.

FDD was my second choice to management consulting. I'm more and more interested in restructuring consulting since it is a very multi-faceted work involving accounting, finance, law, and operations. However, I'm open to other gigs such as finance consulting, business model transformation, etc (strategy or M&A consulting would be a little less likely to happen.)

Also, I would appreciate it if you could share what kind of experience or skillsets I should develop while I'm in FDD. Based on my research, I should be getting all skill sets (accounting/CPA, financial analysis, review and interpretation of F/S, etc), aside from 3 statement modeling and valuation, from auditing and FDD background.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance
