Hi guys, I’m facing a challenge at work and I’d really appreciate your advice please. Basically, I constantly need to find key things admits a lot of detail under time constraint, but I don’t know how to do that and tend to get lost in details. For example, I’d be given a 60 page package on a business along with some analysis, and my boss will ask me in 15 minutes what I think the most important thing in assessing the business is and whether I agree with the assessment.this is sort of a recurring quiz for me but I don’t know how I can improve my ability to see key things within time Co straight. Would you have any recommendations on methods and books please?
