For those of you who went into consulting after completing your MBA, what kind of jobs did you have after Undergrad?
There's a lot of success stories on here about right after undergrad.
But I've already graduated and consulting is a 5-6 year goal for me.
Therefore, I'm in an odd stage where I'm too young to be pursuing my MBA. What are some jobs that you were able to position well on your consulting applications (did they even look at them?)
It doesn't matter as long as you go to a top MBA program that the firms recruit at. Plenty of people go into consulting from being teachers, etc.
