From Big 4 MC to Deloitte S&O

Hi everyone,

I work at a Big 4 MC (Finance focused) and was looking to make the jump to Deloitte S&O. After talking with a few colleagues that work at Deloitte S&O, the project scope is very similar to my current position and that I would be a good fit considering that I have the project experience. I've been promoted to a Senior role and still unsure about making the jump considering I've performed well at my firm and established connections already.

I would be most likely taking a lateral move and my reasons to consider moving would be mainly around a higher salary, exit opportunities, graduate assistance program, better projects and a higher probability to work on strategy work (from what I hear are).

I was wondering if anyone has made a similar jump and could share their experience?
