From BTA at Deloitte to a masters in computer science?

Hello! I am a computer engineer, and I just got accepted as a business technology analyst at Deloitte. Seeing how this was not my initial plan(I was planning on applying for graduate programs in computer engineering), do you think or know of any case where if I join Deloitte for the first two years to gain some experience, I will still be able to apply for a masters in CS at a renowned university? Or will having went into technology consulting (not really related to the field I want to specialize in) affect my chances of acceptance? Thank you!

Actually having work experience will be great for applying for Masters programs and will give you insight into whether you even want to/need to get one.

Good luck!

PS. I would also recommend determining whether you want to go the technical or management route for a grad school program. Work experience should help in that decision.
