FT offer BCG Dubai Vs Stockholm

BCG Dubai or Stockholm?

I have an offer from Dubai and my gf has an offer at Stockholm. I know that we can easily get our offers moved to the other office, so trying to decide which one to move to

Those two are such different cities that it's very hard to give you any advice without some more specifics. Personally, I'd pick Stockholm over Dubai 7/7 days a week because of the culture and region, but that will obviously depend on your background.

I don't know... Yeah. Almost definitely yes.

^Agree with the poster above.
Interestingly I worked with a Scandinavian office (not Stockholm tho) and the Dubai office of my MBB for cross-staffed projects. The Scandinavian office was very chill and even juniors looked happy. The juniors in the Dubai office, on the other hand, looked very miserable hahah. They even complained to me about WLB time-to-time when their own Managers weren't in the call. If you or your gf are Scandinavian, I think Stockholm would be the safe bet. The 3 folks on my team were all Scandinavian so I can't comment about the diversity of the office given such a small sampling size.

I used to live and work in Stockholm, this is the best choice if you are from Europe. You will get along with the people and can learn another language that fits your lifestyle (or maybe you already speak it). Swedish people are simple very amazing and friendly, it is such a good culture to be part of.
My years in Stockholm were among the best of my professional life so far.
I highly recommend Stockholm over the other location.
