FT undergrad MBB final round interview results timing
I had a final round interview with MBB yesterday (Friday) for a West Coast office. I did not get a call last night — which I believe is standard if a candidate are successful. Even though HR said they would get back to us in a week, is it probably a no?
One interview went perfect and the partner replied to my thank you to "stay in touch and reach out if you need anything". The other interview did not feel as strong... I'm pretty bummed.
I actually had an almost identical experience last week too. Had final round with MBB with one interview going significantly better than the other. Haven't heard anything back either. I'm also assuming it's a no for me, but maybe they are still interviewing people and logistics are different due to virtual format?
Does MBB email rejections after 1st and 2nd rounds, or do they just ghost candidates?
