Full-time offer between Analysis Group and Boutique Investment Bank
I have offers from both Analysis Group in LA and a boutique investment bank in Minneapolis. How would you choose personally? pros and cons?
Initial thoughts on ultimate goal is to get into HBS, and PE/VC as a career. Thanks guys for your input
Is the bank Piper, Lazard, or HL? What are the position titles?
I am guessing the bank is northland capital markets. Right or wrong?
I bet they pitched on how the firm was started by a billionaire and it has very deep pockets for getting deals done...
Regardless, HBS not in your crystal ball unless something happens outside of work.
How would the Analysis Group or an I-bank prepare you for VC? Do you even know the type of people VC hires? Or understand it's industry at all?
I hate when people lump VC/PE together like that...
