Galt & Co info?
Has anyone heard anything about this firm. They recruit at my school and pay a lot, but I was wondering if anyone had insights about their prestige, culture, exit ops, etc. Thanks!

How much do they pay?
Looks like first years are easily pulling 100k+
I don't know much about them, but if I were to just judge from their website (which you shouldn't), it's not a good prognosis: https://galtandco.com/about-us/#who-we-are
There are 4 case studies, all of which are over a decade old, and one of them is literally from the 80s
The 'About Galt' section reads as straight buzzwords, doesn't really describe what they do. The bios all have vague statements around "maximizing shareholder value"
Couldn't hurt to try to get another offer on the table, but I'd definitely do some LinkedIn searching of former employees and ask for more tactical details before accepting
