Has anyone interviewed at Parthenon-EY recently?
Just want to know what I can expect in terms of interview format. Do they like acquisition cases since they do a lot of PE?

Is this for the telephone or Partner Interview? Also for which position?
First year Associate, 1 hour on campus interview. I think it's split into 30 min behavioral + market sizing, 30 min business case.
Yep, Parthenon first-round interviews should be 30 minutes behavioral and market sizing (probably split 20 minutes behavioral and 10 minutes market sizing), and then 30 minutes of a case.
In my experience, the cases are pretty standard, and perhaps even easier than average. It's stuff like "I'm considering starting a ferry service between Brooklyn and New York - should I do it?" And then you draw out a standard revenues-and-profits issue tree, and maybe do some market sizing for the revenues component.
No particular focus on M&A cases, despite their reputation for due diligence work or whatnot.
Looks like behavioral portions will be very important if the case isn't too difficult? They seemed to emphasize office fit a lot during recruiting which makes sense considering it seems to be a long hours at the home office kind of gig.
