HELP!! ATK or Accenture Strategy

Hello,

I am juggling two offers at this time: an associate role with AT Kearney and a consultant role with Accenture Strategy. Both roles are post-MBA roles and base salary is the same; Accenture provide a larger bonus of 35K over ATK's 25K.

At this time, I am torn which one to choose. Based on my conversations with current consultants, it seems Accenture Strategy's work is more diverse and varied in function than ATK's. In addition, there seems to be more pure strategy work with Accenture Strategy as they pass on the work to implementation if need be, and I feel a better fit with Accenture Strategy consultants.

However, I'm also concerned about the name brand. I know AT Kearney has generally has a better name in consulting as they are smaller and do not have IT/Implementation to deal with. I ideally would like to work at a firm where I would have exposure to high-level management in corporate America and eventually transition to corporate management.

For those that are well-versed on transition opportunities from different firms, which firm would open more doors for me say 3-4 years down the line? Any comments would be much appreciated!
