Help - CC wanting to transfer + recruit

Hi, need a mentor - 1st-year in a not-known comcol, wants to transfer to Barnard this year instead of next, clueless about recruiting for consulting or other finance sectors, and doesn't know where to start. Rn, should I focus on transferring or also finance recruiting? In my resume, only 2 externships (financial valuation for private credit and operational strategy for Amazon) and 1 internship this summer (growth n sales for a B2C early-stage consumer app). Don't know if my resume is even going anywhere, who to reach out to, what to coffee chat about, ffs don't know what consulting is
