Help me understand PwC Delivering Deal Value

Hi Guys, fairly new to the consulting side of this site but from the searches I have done I cannot find the info I am looking for. I am a 2nd yr MBA student having completed an internship at a boutique investment bank this past summer. No offer is currently on the table with that company but I did enjoy working on the deals and the idea of the industry as a whole.

I have a final round interview with PwC's Delivering Deal Value (M&A Advisory) group coming up and I was hoping someone could shed some insight into this group. I understand that they do not work on the strategy portion of deals, covered by the S& team, but also not 100% ODD. I think the position could be interesting and the work would be exciting but any further insights you can give me into this group would be appreciated.

Looking for info on types of projects, exit ops (if any), group prestige within PwC etc.

Thanks.
