I was wondering if and how a partner at a MBB can get fired or bought out. If a bunch of other partners didn't like one partner, could they buy out that partner? And how often do partners get fired or bought out? Thanks.

Apologies but I can only answer the "if" and the answer is yes they can be if they are not performing well. I have heard that in MBB partners are more easily and often fired in the first few years. Unfortunately I don't know the details.
