Just Wondering, are the case interviews as hard as the ones you can find online, because i find them way too easy and dont think they are difficult enough to differentiate the 3.5+ of HYPS.

Well you're obviously just way too smart. No doubt that you're a 4.5+ from GKLM.
the case interviews are not hard at all. but they are definitely different when you are in a situation being evaluated by the person on the opposite side of the table than practicing by yourself or with a friend in the library. This more pressure aspect is what gets people.
Although, I remember Monitor gave a weird case study in that they gave us a packet of information (charts and stuff) and we were supposed to infer and conclude a "business plan" or plan of action from it. Very different than the M/B/B interviews I had which were just straight cases.
