How important is a first for T2 firms like Oliver Wyman, LEK, etc.
I keep seeing loads of people at OW having firsts and wanted to know if that is the cutoff? I want to apply for the internship position but am wondering if I am already disadvantaged

First what?
as in first class grade. In the UK that is the highest classification, we don't use GPA cause of different system
Its not essential especially for T2. I've got interviews at most T2s with a 66% average from a good uni (UCL/Imperial/LSE). A 2:1 with strong experience and extra curricular is usually enough to get interviews
