How soon to begin lateral moves?
Will be starting work soon at a T2 straight out of UG. While the firm seems fantastic from the outside with good culture (at least for now) they pay well under what the market rate is without any bonuses on WLB. TIA for any pointers/stories of your own lateral moves.
