How to get into MBB or a tier 2 firm

Hi all,

I am in my first 6 months of graduate consulting role (Public sector/defence) at a firm aking to PA Consulting, Capgemini etc. I enjoy the work and my colleagues but the compensation for london is disappointing. Starting is £35k and the pay rises aren't much better. I am not sure if I apply for a masters now and try to get into UCL/LSE or maybe KCL for a generic masters in politics to improve my chances of getting a better firm long term.

For context I have a 2.1 in Law from a uni like Exeter/Nottingham with A*AA at alevel. any advice or guidance would be great thank you
