How to improve business sense?

As the title says, I have spent a lot of time understanding the structure and practicing to structure and communicate my framework. However, one area that I feel I'm weak at is business sense. It's sometimes hard for me to think about all relevant and crucial stakeholders and important risks to check out, or to understand what kinds of actions are suitable under different industries/environments.

Any books or resources that you would recommend to gain more business sense when prepping casing? Thanks a lot!

For business sense, I think it's really important to understand the basics that can be obtained from a few consulting guides. Aspects like understanding the financial components and metrics, the operational structures and differences and marketing strategies for companies. To develop more intermediate or advanced business sense, I HIGHLY recommend reading Harvard Business Review articles on strategy or case studies into specific companies. HBR authors and professors develop their on structures or frameworks when they analyze companies and some of their structures become embedded into business strategy classes (such as Porter's Five Forces). Actively reading HBR and a few other news sources will give you a pool of structures and concepts to pull from when thinking through different stakeholders.
