How to improve business sense?

I'm a sophomore preparing for case interviews aiming to apply this summer to MBB firms plus a handful of others. I am getting the hang of structuring cases broadly but seem to get lost when I get really in the weeds. I am not a business major and am currently taking no business classes, so I'm looking for resources to help improve my overall business sense.

Are there any good podcasts/books/youtube channels/etc. that helped you in your preparation? I'm beginning to read the WSJ more, which helps, but am looking more for more specific things that dive into business problems/solutions.

I was a non-business/non-stem major and am starting at MBB next month as a BA. What I found helped me for cases was reading about different industries and looking at how each of them makes money. What are their core revenue drivers? What are the main cost drivers? How can they make and lose money? Why do these industries exist? Obviously, chemical manufacturing will differ from fast-fashion retail which differs again from cultural museums.

As well, the free Crafting Cases course is great if you follow along and put in the work. Also reflecting after each case and figuring out why you did and said what you did can be helpful to avoid repeating mistakes.
