How to prepare for online Case Study Test?

Hi, I work in CF and I am applying for a Business Operations role at a well established startup.

Now, I have not worked in Consulting before, but I do understand how case study interviews work. But here's the twist - this place is asking me to do a two hour online case study test and then present the case in the final round interviews.

How do I prepare for this? I assume I am going to have to prepare a few slides based on the case they give me, submit it within the 2 hour window and then present it?

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
