How to quit boutique firm?

Long story short, I'm a first year analyst and have decided im quitting my boutique firm (job sucks, going to grad school hopefully never to return to the business/consulting world). I want to quit as soon as possible, but given this is my first job and never quit anything in my life I don't know how to go about this.

A lot of advice related to quitting at about larger firms and people in slightly different situations than me exists, but nothing really specific to my situation, hence the reason for this post.

A little about the organization of my firm and my current role/interactions. At my firm we are double staffed so people are put on two projects at a time. As an analyst, we are constantly switching mangers and teams every month or so and so there isn't like one direct manager/boss I have. For the two project teams I am a part of, one of my teams consists of two other more senior analysts, a Senior Consultant who runs the day to day, a Principal who oversees all that and then some partners who are loosely involved. I have some interactions with the Principal, but most of the daily management interactions have been with the Senior Consultant. The principal works remote as well if that makes a difference. The other project I am on, all the other team members are based in a different city so never actually met any of them in person (at least while ive been on the project). That team consists of a principal who ive rarely interacted with and a Senior Consultant who has run things more day to day.

We also have an HR department consists of like the HR director, a recruiter, and a newly hired (literally a few days ago) chief people officer. Was hired by/interacted with HR director somewhat, but never had a conversation with the Chief people officer yet.

**Both of my cases are wrapping up over the next two weeks and so in that sense I am not leaving mid-project or leaving anything in the lurch. **

Given the nature of staffing at my firm and the fact that both projects are wrapping up, how exactly do I go about resigning. Do I reach out to my current managers (the Senior Consultants) first and then reach out to the HR director (or Chief People Officer)?? Do I just reach out to the HR director given both my projects are ending and these current managers won't be my managers for much longer? Do I reach out to the Principals on my projects or just the Senior Consultant based in my current office?

This is just first time I'm quitting anything and I don't know how to go about it. Happy to answer any other questions if relevant.

Gather everyone’s attention, call your boss a bitch and tell him you’d screw his wife and walkout without saying another word.....works every time.
