IB AN to MBB?
Is it possible? Currently at a well respected MM IB but am needing a change of pace (currently 2am log off 6 nights a week) as well as a change in projects.

How many years/months of experience do they have?
Unsure but doesn't really matter in terms of the binary possible / not possible. It would just affect what level you come in at. Likely you'd take a step down: e.g., 1 year in IB would restart as first yr assoc. And 2 years in IB could fight to start as A2 instead of restarting at A1
