IBM GBS, career progress
Hey guys,
at what level do MBA students enter IBM GBS. I couldn't find out whether it was Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant
While we are at it, do you know the career progression. I couldn't find it, the same way you get it for other consulting firms.

Senior Consultant. They expect you to have XP when you enter your MBA so that automatically elevates you
Consultant > Senior Consultant > Managing Consultant > Senior Managing Consultant > Associate Partner > Partner > Corporate exec. side.
