IBM MD&I Internship?

Hi!

I just got a summer offer for IBM's MD&I (Market Development & Insights) team. From what I can tell it's more or less internal strategy for IBM's own products. My eventual goal is MBB for full-time, got dinged for all this year (my guess is because I currently just have startups and no 'name-brands' on my resume). I just had a PwC Strategy& interview, which if I got I would pick over IBM, but what are your thoughts on IBM? Is this good enough brand-name to get my foot in the door for top consulting firms FT next year? I don't think I would want to stay at IBM FT unless I could transition to Consulting by Degrees.

For more info, I'm a junior at a mid-Ivy with 3.7 GPA. Thanks.

(Sorry if this breaks any rules, this is my first time posting.)
