Insights on 3 month interview process - Accenture Strategy
I first started the application process over 3 months ago for a manager position in Accenture's strategy consulting arm in the US, and it has moved at a snail's pace. I had my case interview over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back from the recruiter on how I did/next steps despite following up with them twice. Does anyone have any insights on why it may be taking this long?
I was a referral and got overwhelmingly positive feedback on my behavioral interview and case. Thanks!
Is this for the Middle East office? Because the entire continent has awful recruitment process/experience.
The average length for consulting firms in the region are ~3-5 months.
