Insights on Forensic / Fraud / Litigation consulting...
Was wondering about this, and decided to post on here. I know these three are lumped together under the Forensic & Litigation consulting umbrella, but what do people in this field actually do? What makes it different from firms like Kirkland, Cravath, Skadden etc? Don't they also do forensics / fraud / litigation stuff? Is it more "accounting" work than consulting?
Also would love to get some clarity on the top firms in the industry, if they were to be ranked, and what comp progression looks like. Common & straightforward exits from the industry would also be valued, as well as ideal backgrounds to break in.
Doubt there's many people from this field on here, but figured it was worth a shot.
