Internship? 3.4x GPA from T10 Undergrad

About to start my junior year at a USNews #6-10 school..will have a 3.4x when I apply (rough start, had 2.9x at end of freshman year). Majoring in political science, minoring in econ. Average community service/extra-curriculars. My work experience is lacking in the private sector, have had internships at a non profit and most recently on the Hill (DC) where I was involved in a lot of fiscal/economic/small business issues which really got me interested in consulting/business in general.

***Which companies should I realistically target for summer employment next year? My GPA is low so MBB is not likely; what boutiques offer good internship programs that would put me in a good position for recruitment senior year (when my GPA will likely be 3.5x or in the low 3.6's if my current grade trends hold)?
