Is a corporate finance F600 internship good for sophomore summer?

Hello,

I have a F600 internship offer in a Corporate Finance role. It was really competitive like almost 2000 people applied and less than around 25 get offers. I know it will include financial statement modeling training and other technical training, which would be useful for IB if I go that path junior summer. Is this a strong enough internships for Sophomore summer? It is usually done by rising seniors so I cant really find much info on LinkedIn, but of what I could find a lot of people seem to go into IB from it which makes sense since it is very finance focused. I would also get really in-depth knowledge of a specific sector which I think could be relevant to interviews.
