Kearney vs. Accenture Strategy FT
Deciding between Kearney (NY) and Accenture Strategy (Chicago/NY, location not decided yet).
I’ve heard that Kearney has more supply chain/logistics projects and Accenture Strategy has more tech/IT implementation as a component to their projects
I really enjoyed talking to people at both firms but would love some more thoughts on exit opps, admissions to MBA programs, WLB, prestige, any other factors that help differentiate them!
I think Kearney is a better choice, but I have heard Accenture comp is better with the recent salary bump?
Yes 100%, which is definitely skewing my decision a bit.
I also had offers between Kearney and Capital One ADP, which C1 paid more. I chose Kearney since I believe they will have to increase comp in order to compete with the rest of the companies.
Kearney has a better reputation and will certainly have better exit opps but if you really want to do Tech, Accenture might be a better option (not sure if the Chicago and NY offices focus on other industries).
