Just attended the undergraduate case workshop earlier today and they said that applications for both FT and intern are open and rolling until October 15th. Interviews will be sent out as applications come in.

I only see the link for US Associate - 2023 on their website. Does this same application include both FT and summer interns?

in the case workshop they said that summer associate recruiting is only open to students of schools they do on-campus recruiting at (should be on Handshake)

Why does the intern application say they typically have MBA candidates applying? Is there another intern position for undergrad?
The Summer Consultant role is an MBA graduate position - Summer Associate is undergrad

Hey congrats on the interview, but how long after you submitted did your interview get scheduled / you get notified? It seems to me that it's rolling from other comments. I am without service for the 5 weekdays days next week and am debating on submitting this week if there is a tight turnaround. Thanks!

For anyone that had 2nd round Interviews for full-time Associate, what was the turnaround time like? I just got a second round but have not received my date yet.

They are very similar, maybe a bit harder. There is also a business logic case which is essentially a mix of quant and strat. Also have your Why LEK? answer down.

What sort of behavioral questions should I prepare for final round interviews?
My interviews started with 1-2 questions before each case. I would definitely prepare:
Why LEK?
Why consulting?
Tell me about yourself?
What skills do you bring to LEK?
And then to be safe, I would have a few stories ready to answer any curveball questions that start with "Tell me about a time when..."
How long after your associate app did you guys get a R1?
About a week
I think it depends on your school. I applied in late July and just got my R1 invite yesterday
how long do you have between getting your R1 invite and the actual interview? I only had a day and was freaked out

interviewed almost 2 weeks ago now for r1 am I basically done
i interviewed with lek this year and last year and when it was good news they got back to me within the day
