Leveraging return offer

Hi,

I'm an incoming senior who just completed on internship and got return offer. I really liked the company where I interned, and I would consider going back, but at the same time I kinda want to try leveraging the return offer and try and see if I can get anything even better.

How would you approach this, considering that I only have 2 weeks to accept the offer? Would you email the recruiting email of the company? Or network with people? How do I let them now that I would need to interview asap and get an offer within 2 weeks? Is it doable?
