Life Science Consulting - Exit Opportunities

I am a PhD in Chemical Engineering who will be joining a top life science consulting firm soon.

I am wondering what exit opportunities are there besides big pharma or biotech startups especially if I don't like this industry so much.

For example, can one shift to MBB firms? Or to the chemicals industry based on my PhD?
