Looking for insight into Rx A&M (London)

Hello All,I am currently interested in learning more about Rx at A&M, specifically: how does the work differ from Big4 Rx? What is the quality of projects and workflow? What is the culture like? What are the hours and compensation like? What are the exits? What is retention like? Is the work interesting and varied?

Any broader information that you think might help my understanding would be greatly appreciated. I am currently reading Moyers' Distressed Debt book, and learning Rx modelling skills to match - would appreciate any specific tips for areas to focus on if I did decide to apply to A&M.

Thanks!
