Management consulting after BIG4

I am currently working at BIG4 advisory. My dream was to work in IB but the country I am currently living in does not have any good investment banks. The only other interesting companies for me that do locate in the local market is MBB. I recently had a chance to attend one of the case championships organized by one of those firms and won. Could you please help me with the questions below?
1. What is the overall hiring process looks like?
2. How does the work differ from BIG4 consulting?
3. How should I prepare for the interviews while working full time?
