I have offers to work in LEK and in Marakon - any advice on which offer I should take?

LEK :)... Marakon struggled and continues to struggle hard (just an entity owned by CRA)
LEK definitely trumps Marakon in terms of exit opportunities, engagements, and placement for B school. I'd go with LEK especially if you have any interest in the Life Science/HC space.
