Has anyone interviewed/worked at Mars and Co or know anyone that has and can shed some light on the experience. Finding info is impossible and I might have a final round coming up soon. I just have no idea what to expect from the case. For example, BCG/Bain cases are driven by the interviewee where as a McK case is driven by the interviewer. Therefore you prep differently for each style and tailor your delivery as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
