Mars&Co?

Hey all, I'm in a pharmD in my final semester who's looking to transition away from my field and while combing through my schools listings I came across Mars&Co. I obviously have a background in chemistry as well as experience interning in equity research (hence im focusing on ER jobs) but aside from that what chances do I have of an interview, how would a firm (mars is supposed to be quant heavy) look at someone like me? Management consulting is definitely interesting but I'm not sure I could hack it at someplace where I'll be doing a lot of number crunching (although i do like financial models and valuation analysis im not sure that falls into this category) Does anyone here know much about Mars or work there possibly? What would exit opportunities be like with experience at a firm like that? thanks in advance
