Masters or Consulting Job Post-Grad

Hey everyone! So I'd love some advice and to hear from anyone who has pursued opportunities similar to either of these. I really want to end up at a top business school and management consulting firm someday.

Got offered a job at a consulting firm.

However I also took the GRE on a whim and applied for a good Masters program.

Which of the two options would be more competitive in the future? Is masters or work experience more valuable? I'd love to be in school, but am nervous that I won't get an offer like the other one again.
