MBB, Deloitte and PWC consulting internship deadline! Plz help!
Hi,
I try to look for deadline for the deadlines for the internship deadlines of these company but failed...On Deloitte's website there are hundreds of result if I search: USA,NY,NYC,Consulting,Internship and none of them have deadlines....
By the way, will you suggest me to always include Cover Letter in the application even if I have to apply to numerous different companies?

Deloitte (BA) doesn't recruit for their internship until early spring at my school. Not sure about the others.
True, most firms at my school did recruiting in early spring too.
Regarding the Cover letter, would you suggest to customize each of them or just make the best one and then try to change some names within?
When I was recruiting, my cover letters were customized in the first paragraph and last paragraph (e.g., notable people you've talked to in the firm, how you like the industries they cover, the fact that they do local/global staffing, etc.).
The meat of my cover letters didn't change much firm to firm - mostly talking about my experiences and how I stand out.
This is just the way I did it and it worked for me. Not sure about other people though.
